Many of us have been using exercise as a way to keep active and healthy during this pandemic and now that winter is here we've decided what better way to keep us moving than an exercise class that also helps raise funds for our nest and patients.

Join us for a virtual Aerobics fitness class with the incredible Stavria Aletraris and help raise funds for Alkionides UK.

How can I join?
1. Donate a minimum of £5 to Alkionides UK on our Virgin Giving page here to receive a zoom link for the class.
2. Grab your Lycra from the back of the closet, your leg warmers and let's break a sweat! Yes, we are joking, the lycra is optional....
